Poem no. 194

POEM TITLE

The Lobster Pot Pub

POEM

Everyone's welcome at the Lobster Pot Pub

Where no one's turned down, and there's never a snub

With yellow stone walls serving lobsters red hot

You'll always be welcome and given a spot

The lobsters are fresh and the ale is brewed cold

Where being in Blackness can never get old.

The chips are made crispy and served real quick

With salt on your fingers, you'll give them a lick

The staff here are friendly, they greet young and old

They close the red door when it starts to get cold

It's located quaintly tucked in near the sea

Village on Firth of Forth is where you should be

You'll find laughter, good food, and drink in one night!

We're open year-round for a Lobster delight
